More than fixing mistakes, it’s the exotic that makes time travel appealing to me.
Like Neil Young sang in his song “Dreamin’ Man,” “Another time or place, another civilization would really make this life feel so complete.”
Scientists paint pictures of the Earth in the age of dinosaurs. They can even take us back to the first seconds of the universe and give us an idea of existence almost 14 billion years ago.
But all of that is still abstract and I promised that this column on time travel would offer something more tangible. Remember back in science class when you learned that light needs time to travel?
